Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• 7+ years of experience in UX, design leadership, or related roles.
• Proficient with human-centered design processes and web best practices.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts including wireframes, mock-ups, and deliverables.
• Document design requirements and acceptance criteria for development.
• Present concepts with rationale based on research to stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing UX team and promote knowledge sharing.
• Conduct UX research including competitive reviews, usability testing, and surveys.
