Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a senior technology leader to define and govern enterprise data, analytics strategy, and reporting.

You will own the architecture and lifecycle of the analytics ecosystem including Epic Caboodle/Cogito, cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, and cross‑system reporting. The role requires collaborating with clinical operations, finance, quality, and population health leadership, with direct reports to BI developers, Epic Analysts, and the IS Clinical Decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare data, analytics, or business intelligence experience.
• Epic Caboodle/Cogito certification preferred; willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise data and BI strategy.
• Establish Epic Caboodle as analytics foundation with cloud/on‑premise roadmap.
• Lead data governance, data catalogs, and metric definitions.
• Oversee reporting infrastructure (Power BI, Cogito, SlicerDicer) and Radar adoption.
