Job summary

Axle, the AI-native clearinghouse for insurance, seeks a Lead Deployment Strategist to partner with Fortune 500 clients. You’ll own deployments, convert pilots to long-term contracts, and drive expansion across existing agent deployments and new use cases.

You’ll collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales to maximize value, with a focus on Net Dollar Retention and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in fast-paced client-facing strategic roles.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments or programs.
• Ability to translate business goals into deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Axle with new clients, convert pilots to long-term contracts.
• Grow revenue through deeper penetration and new use cases.
• Lead executive steering and quarterly business reviews with client leadership.
• Build reusable deployment playbooks and templates.
• Manage relationships from engineers to C-suite stakeholders.
