Job summary

Axle, the AI-native clearinghouse for insurance, seeks a Senior Deployment Strategist to partner with Fortune 500 clients, deploy our clearinghouse, convert pilots to long-term contracts, and drive expansion across deployments. You will own post-sales outcomes and work with cross-functional teams to unlock new revenue opportunities.

You’ll lead deployments, pilot-to-contract conversions, and executive reviews, building scalable playbooks while delivering rapid time-to-value for complex insurance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced client-facing strategic roles.
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations or deployments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic instincts to identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Axle with new clients, convert them to long-term engagements, and grow revenue through deeper penetration into existing deployments and new use case adoption.
• Define pilot and deployment success criteria, partnering with Technical Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Identify expansion opportunities, build business cases, and drive post-sales growth within accounts.
• Build deep client relationships across the organization, from technical teams to C-suite.
• Lead executive steering and QBRs to align objectives and manage risks.
