Job summary

Napier AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the most complex enterprise delivery programs, including Tier 1 bank engagements. You will own governance, P&L, and cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives with executive sponsorship involvement.

This senior, client-facing role requires deep domain expertise in financial crime, regulatory awareness, and proven ability to restore delivery confidence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale enterprise software delivery programs.
• Direct financial crime compliance domain experience: AML, KYC, or similar.
• Delivered enterprise implementations into Tier 1 banks (UK/EU/US).
• Strong governance, commercial, and regulatory risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Napier's largest enterprise programs.
• Define governance, steering committees, and RAID discipline.
• Manage client executive relationships at program level.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Platform, and PS.
