Job summary

Winston Taylor in New York seeks a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Data to coordinate and manage the firm’s strategic data initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver data transformation objectives across the firm.

You will establish governance, track risks, and provide leadership visibility into progress, coordinating with Information Systems, Finance, Business Development, Risk, and other groups to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Must live within commutable distance to the firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Understanding of PM methodologies and governance practices.
• Understanding of SDLC and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple projects.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies between projects and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
• Establish governance processes and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Track risks, issues, and ensure escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Support organizational change management and adoption activities.
