Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans across projects.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Identify and manage dependencies between projects and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
  • Facilitate the program planning sessions and status reviewed.
  • Establish and administer program governance processes.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program communications.
  • Coordinate steering committee meetings and decision-making forums.
  • Maintain program documentation, action logs, issue registers, and risk registers.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation of program risks and issues.
  • Build effective working relationships with business leaders, attorneys, Knowledge Management professionals, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities.
  • Support consensus-building and resolution of competing priorities.
  • Track progress across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Monitor resource allocation and capacity across participating teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate program-level testing, readiness, and implementation activities.

Position Summary

The Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Data is responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of the firm's strategic data initiatives. This individual will oversee multiple interconnected projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of the firm's data transformation objectives.

Working across Information Systems, Finance, Business Development, Knowledge Management, Risk, Security, Practice Groups and administrative functions, the Senior Program Manager will establish governance processes, manage dependencies, track risks, and issues, and provide leadership visibility into program progress.

Position Responsibilities
Program Planning and Coordination
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Identify and manage dependencies between projects and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
  • Facilitate the program planning sessions and status reviewed.

SALARY

Illinois applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $160,000-$188,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.

New York applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $175,000-$206,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
