Job summary

Capital One seeks a Manager of Project Management within Enterprise Data Risk Management to organize and drive the delivery of strategic, cross-functional risk programs. You will turn complex data risk challenges into actionable plans, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.

In this role you will partner with 1st and 2nd Line risk, technology, and business teams, lead cross-functional programs, and communicate status to senior leadership while pursuing ongoing improvements to program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of Project Management and Agile Delivery experience.
• 5+ years supporting internal business clients or partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data risk projects and programs with senior stakeholders.
• Establish project structures, governance artifacts and delivery rhythms.
• Maintain RAID trackers and executive status reports.
• Collaborate with risk, technology and business partners to resolve roadblocks.
• Communicate project status and trade-offs to leadership.
• Drive process improvements to elevate program quality.
