Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the architecture, design, and evolution of the company’s global data environment. This role focuses on the Databricks-based data platform, integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.

You will set architectural standards, drive scalable data pipelines, and collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions with strong governance and security.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise integration.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Senior architect/technical lead role experience.
• Expert-level SQL and Python for data engineering and automation.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations (SAP, Dynamics) and APIs.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, delta lake, and lakehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture for Johnson Health Tech’s global data environment (Databricks lakehouse).
• Lead ETL/ELT design and implementation across SAP, Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.
• Define enterprise data-modeling standards and data-layer design for analytics and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership, standards, and guardrails for data initiatives.
• Develop frameworks and training for global adoption of the data platform.
• Collaborate with SAP, CRM, ERP, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Perform data quality, governance, security, lineage, and reliability considerations across pipelines.
