Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the global data platform, Databricks lakehouse, and governance. You will design data models, pipelines, and integration patterns across SAP, Dynamics CRM, ERP, and e-commerce, partnering with global IT and business teams.

This senior role requires deep technical leadership, hands-on design, and mentoring of regional teams to ensure scalable, reliable data solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data architecture or related technical disciplines.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a senior architect or technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for the global enterprise data environment, including the Databricks lakehouse platform.
• Lead ETL/ELT design and implementation across SAP, Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and data-processing standards.
• Mentor regional teams and develop technical training materials.
