Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global data platform. This role oversees the Databricks-based lakehouse, data integration from SAP, Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources, delivering scalable, secure data solutions.

You will set patterns, mentor regional teams, and ensure governance, data quality, and performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for Johnson Health Tech’s global enterprise data environment, including the Databricks lakehouse platform and supporting cloud components.
• Lead the design and implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines connecting SAP, Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and data-processing standards using SQL, Python, Databricks, Spark, and APIs.
