Job summary

HARMAN is seeking an Enterprise Data Solution Architect in Novi, MI to lead the technical foundation of a large-scale integration program. You will define target data architectures, drive integration strategy, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and vendor delivery.

You will ensure data & analytics solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated with platforms like Fabric, Snowflake, SAP, and Power BI, working with business and technical stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data & analytics solutions across multi-source environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience with SAP data models (ECC/S4) and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end D&A architecture for target environments.
• Lead current-state and target-state design for data platforms, pipelines, and reporting.
• Establish data integration patterns (API, ETL/ELT, CDC, batch vs real-time).
• Approve source-to-target mappings, semantic models, and reporting layers.
• Define data modelling, governance, and security architecture (RLS, IAM).
• Provide technical direction to external/vendor teams.
• Lead architecture governance forums and design reviews.
• Oversee cutover architecture, performance, and scalability validation.
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams for integrated data delivery.
