The role partners with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define strategic priorities, translate strategy into execution plans, and establish governance, metrics, and accountability. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes over multi-year programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics strategy and digital transformation.
• Client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and support decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, AI/ML, and enterprise technology transformation.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs across Data, Analytics, AI, Technology, Workforce, and Operating Model domains.
• Partner with senior executives and business leaders to define strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and execution frameworks.
• Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, accountability mechanisms, and performance metrics.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, data, analytics, and human capital stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on modern technology platforms, data ecosystems, analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and operating models.
• Develop executive-level presentations, narratives, and recommendations that clearly communicate decisions, trade-offs, risks, and business impact.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through structured analysis, performance insights, and outcome-oriented metrics.
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage complex interdependencies across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders throughout evolving transformation initiatives.
