A leading analytics firm is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on data, AI, and technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics strategy and client-facing roles, with a strong background in modern data platforms and executive communication. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and mentor cross-functional teams. This hybrid role is based in Roseland, New Jersey, with a salary range of $140-180k plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics strategy, data strategy, AI/ML strategy, or digital transformation advisory.
• Significant client-facing experience, including presenting to senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics tools.
