Job summary

ZipRecruiter is hiring for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our growing Enterprise business. As the CSM for a dedicated book of business, you will own the post-sale customer experience, from customer onboarding to revenue retention.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Customer Success Manager.
1+ year of experience with Enterprise/high-value customers.
Experience with Recruitment Advertising or Performance Advertising.
Passion for excellent customer service and creating WOW experiences.
Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills.
Curious self-starter able to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment.
Able to build rapport with customers, sales and product/technical teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Advanced knowledge of G Suite (docs, sheets, decks, gmail, calendar).
Experience with programmatic platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize solutions that improve product performance.
Create data-driven narratives with Sales and Product Strategy teams to drive results.
Work with AdOps to oversee accurate implementation of campaigns and integrations.
