Zip is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage our rapidly growing enterprise customer base across industries. You will advise customers on transforming B2B purchasing, driving immediate value and adoption of the Zip platform.

You will work with sales, implementation, engineering and product to educate customers on best practices, manage relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy/Compliance, and help drive renewals and customer health.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, technical account management or strategic consulting (B2B SaaS).
• Prior SaaS implementation experience.
• Procurement experience and familiarity with ERP/HRIS/CLM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport with customers.
