VMG Studios is seeking a Creative Project Producer to lead enterprise client work across video, animation, design and digital assets. This role emphasizes process, cross-discipline collaboration, and strong client relationships, with AI-forward workflows.

You will manage schedules, budgets, on-set shoots, and multi-team handoffs, guiding projects from kickoff to delivery. The position favors someone proactive, organized, and curious about AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to optimize production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing creative projects in agency, studio, or in-house environments.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients and end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client service instincts.
• Comfortable running a set, hiring and managing crew, and managing schedules.
• Broad knowledge of production workflows across disciplines and healthy handoffs.
• Process-driven, calm under pressure, and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Curious about AI tools and their practical application in production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and translate goals into production plans.
• Build and maintain detailed workback schedules across video, animation, design, and digital assets; flag risks.
• Track project time, report status, and reconcile expenses against budget with minimal oversight.
• Review work-in-progress and route decisions to the Creative Director or client as needed.
• Lead live-action shoots end to end, including hiring and managing crew and on-set contact for clients.
• Coordinate resourcing and handoffs across designers, animators, and editors to prevent stalls.
• Work with AI tools in producer workflows and bring informed recommendations to the team.
