Job summary

CompanyCam, Inc. is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to drive end-to-end production across graphic design, video, animation, and web design.

You’ll work from briefs received from the Creative Director, autonomously delivering assets with high craftsmanship and efficient revision cycles. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate production and guide the Multimedia Producer, while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a creative production role across disciplines.
• Ability to work independently across three or more areas: design, video, motion, web, copy.
• Experience with AI creative tools to accelerate production.
• Experience within a defined brand system.
• Background in a brand, in-house team, or agency.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete, multi-format assets from briefs with limited supervision.
• Work autonomously from brief to final delivery within brief parameters.
• Use AI tools to accelerate asset generation and format adaptation.
• Direct the Multimedia Producer and delegate simpler tasks.
• Bring in specialists when required while staying self-sufficient.
• Read and pressure-test briefs to surface gaps and risks.
• Own a substantial concurrent project portfolio with proactive communication.
• Model high creative standards and lead AI tool adoption.
