Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Compliance Process Engineer for the Cyber Mission unit in Maryland. You will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts, promoting cross-program coordination and standardizing engineering processes to reduce integration risk.

The role requires a BS and 10 years of experience in process improvement, with five years of experience in facilitation, methodology development, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years' process improvement experience.
• Experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation.
• Process engineering across acquisition life cycle; change management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Promote cross-program coordination to reduce integration risk.
• Standardize systems engineering processes across programs.
• Lead process improvement efforts using CMM/CMMI or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Document SOPs and maintain process reliability and repeatability.
• Coordinate among senior leaders to obtain information and track progress.
