Job summary

Peraton in Jessup, MD is seeking a Senior Enterprise Configuration Management Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit. This full-time role requires 1880 hours of support per year and will be performed at a customer location.

You will lead configuration management activities—planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audits—while coordinating with senior leaders to drive process improvements in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to assess program management planning, execution, and reporting processes across projects.
• Assist with operating in an agile development process including requirements management and using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop new processes and ensure existing and new processes are reliable, repeatable, and sustainable.
• Manage senior executive boards such as Configuration Control Boards (CCB).
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning and translate complex problems into actionable strategies.
