Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Sr. Enterprise and Executive Compensation Manager in the United States to independently own complex compensation work from concept to execution.

You will shape executive rewards, influence governance, and guide enterprise-wide compensation design and analytics. You’ll lead market pricing, scenario analyses, and end-to-end compensation cycles while partnering with Legal, Finance, HR and Tax to ensure compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of compensation experience required in private-company environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; CCP/CECP preferred
• Experience with executive compensation governance, analytics and pay-for-performance

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver executive and enterprise compensation work within 1–2 year horizon
• Design, administer and iterate base salary, incentives and long-term incentives
• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance including IRS 409A
• Prepare leadership-ready governance materials for leadership discussions
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Accounting and Tax on implications and risk
