Job summary

Virtusa seeks an E2E program manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee Oracle Cloud Migration initiatives, deliver on milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on Oracle ERP and EPM implementations, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting.

You will work with cloud platforms and tooling (Oracle, Rally, JIRA, Confluence) and present progress to senior leadership, including VPs. Oracle certification is a plus and Amex experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

Experience managing large-scale Oracle projects/programs.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Migration and Oracle ERP/EPM implementations.
Proven ability to create program dashboards and executive updates.
Familiar with cloud platforms (Oracle, GCP) and related tooling.
Experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs.
Strong stakeholder management and milestone tracking.
Oracle certification a plus.
Amex prior experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery and day-to-day execution of the Oracle initiative with the current team.
Track multiple milestones and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Create and maintain comprehensive testing schedules and communicate testing status.
Develop and maintain end-to-end project roadmaps and RAID logs.
Prepare biweekly and monthly updates for executive leadership.
