Job summary

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a senior Azure Solutions Architect SME to own end-to-end cloud infrastructure design and delivery across Azure and AWS, focusing on reliability, security, and performance for mission-critical workloads.

You will lead architecture decisions, implement standards, mentor engineers, and provide proactive improvements while communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders to demonstrate value.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures.
• Strong cross-cloud experience with Azure and AWS in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Proven ability to act as a senior escalation point for complex cloud incidents and performance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer stakeholders during escalations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure, scalable Azure infrastructure solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and serverless services.
• Maintain and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure to meet availability and uptime SLAs across tenants.
• Own monitoring, alerting, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning with meaningful dashboards.
• Lead high-severity incident response and drive post-incident reviews with root cause analysis.
• Provide proactive recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives for customer Azure environments.
