Job summary

Pelago Health is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients and drive results from point of sale through renewal. You will proactively engage clients, align Pelago programs with their benefits, and push adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.

You will work across Client Implementation, Clinical Operations, Product and Sales to deliver insights, optimize outcomes, and scale success for large employers and health plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Client Success or Account Management at digital health, healthcare, wellness or SaaS.
• Experience with strategic, enterprise accounts and C-level/SVP executives.
• Comfort in AI-enabled product environments and explaining AI features to employers.
• Excellent communication with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, relationship-building and problem-solving.
• Proven success in renewal and expansion efforts.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Interpersonal, listening skills with a consultative style.
• Ability to influence change in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for Pelago's mission to improve access to care.
