The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a senior Change Manager in Washington, DC, to lead enterprise change management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement for department-wide modernization efforts.

You will oversee organizational readiness, adoption risk assessments, and workforce transformation strategies across multiple agencies and partners. Responsibilities include directing cross-functional programs, measuring outcomes, and advising senior leaders on change

Qualifications

• US citizenship or US national is required.
• Selectives Service registration or exemption for males born after 1959.
• Background investigation and/or fingerprint check will be completed.
• Direct Deposit is required for federal employees.
• Successful completion of the USA Hire assessment and an online questionnaire.
• Certification in Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, ACMP or equivalent is required or required upon certification.
• Security clearance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise organizational change management for large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Assess readiness, identify adoption risks, and develop change strategies.
• Develop strategic communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and workforce readiness approaches.
• Measure adoption, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and transformation success.
• Advise executives on workforce impacts, risks, and readiness; coordinate cross-functional teams.
