Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree where required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting and change leadership at enterprise level.
• Link business strategy to capabilities, people, process, technology and information.
• Assist senior leaders with complex business problems and improvements.
• Facilitate decision-making workshops with senior leaders from multiple departments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise business architecture models.
• Translate strategies into business roadmaps and annual portfolios.
• Analyze current and future states, identify gaps and root causes.
• Monitor industry trends and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with business leaders and strategy owners.
