Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in business analysis, consulting, or project delivery.
• Experience supporting cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather, document, analyze, and manage business requirements.
• Strong liaison between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements.
• Develop and maintain artifacts: requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support project and program management with scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
