Jackson Lewis, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate across enterprise initiatives in a leading labor and employment law firm environment. You will drive enterprise business analysis, partner with stakeholders, and translate complex problems into actionable insights.

In a professional services setting, you will support technology implementations, process transformation, and data reporting, coordinating with senior leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related delivery roles.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise-level projects across functions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
• Experience bridging business needs with technology delivery teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities, partnering with stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain artifacts including requirements, user stories, processes, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current- and future-state processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Translate complex problems into structured analyses, recommendations, and decision support materials.
• Participate in solution evaluation, testing, UAT, issue tracking, and validation of outcomes.
• Analyze processes, workflows, data, and operational metrics to identify trends and improvements.
