Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office and enable successful execution of strategic priorities through disciplined portfolio, program, project, and change management, and business analysis.

The successful candidate will work across a diverse enterprise initiatives, including technology implementations, process transformation, and data and reporting efforts, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project delivery, process improvement, or a related discipline.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating and driving discussions that lead to decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities, partnering with stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear project artifacts, including business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analyses, recommendations, and decision support materials.
