Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks an experienced leader to oversee a team delivering risk reporting, data analytics, and BI services within the Non-Financial Risk Insights & Analytics group. You will drive KRIs, loss data analyses, and governance while partnering with Technology and Data Operations to modernize processes.

You will recruit and develop analysts, set strategic direction, and ensure regulatory-ready analytics across risk domains, supporting Truist and related stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interpret complex information for diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence others to adopt new perspectives with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of reports and analyses.
• Ensure key departmental processes are documented and controls are in place.
• Develop consultative relationships with senior leaders to identify objectives and scope requirements.
• Plan and manage complex projects related to reporting, processes, or regulatory changes.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent; set direction for teams and prioritize deliverables.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk, and organizational challenges.
