Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a strategic Manager of Software Architecture to guide the enterprise technology direction, establish architecture standards, and partner with business leaders to deliver scalable, AI‑enabled solutions.

Lead senior architects, drive governance, and collaborate with external vendors to advance cloud and integration strategies in support of PCG's long‑term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, architecture, or tech leadership.
• 5+ years leading architects or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience across complex environments with multiple platforms.
• Strong cloud, enterprise apps, integrations, data architecture, and best practices.
• Ability to influence decisions across boundaries, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise software architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Set standards, patterns, and governance to balance consistency and innovation.
• Lead architecture reviews and cross‑department technology decisions.
• Ensure investments align with goals, scalability, security, and operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive technology‑enabled business improvements.
• Lead and mentor senior architects; define career paths and growth.
• Govern major initiatives across ERP, cloud, AI, and integrations.
