Salary: $165,000–$185,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture across applications, platforms, data, integrations, cloud technologies, and emerging solutions. This highly collaborative, hands-on technical leadership role will dedicate approximately 40%–60% of its focus to AI initiatives, including agentic automation.
The Enterprise Architect will establish the direction, standards, patterns, and guardrails needed to deliver scalable, secure, stable, and well-governed technology solutions across the organization.
Define and maintain enterprise architecture across application, data, integration, cloud, and platform domains.
Establish enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns.
Ensure consistent adoption of enterprise patterns across technology initiatives.
Integrate AI, agentic automation, analytics, and related capabilities into the broader enterprise architecture.
Align technology architecture with business strategy and the organization’s long-term roadmap.
Provide architectural leadership for major enterprise-wide initiatives.
Guide solution architects and engineering teams through complex architecture and technology decisions.
Define shared platform capabilities that improve scalability, consistency, and reuse.
Serve as the design authority for complex, cross-domain solutions.
Establish governance models for platforms, integrations, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
Balance innovation with security, operational maturity, stability, and long-term maintainability.
Senior-level enterprise architecture experience across multiple technology domains.
Strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to lead architecture decisions.
Demonstrated experience establishing architecture standards, governance models, and reference architectures.
Experience incorporating AI, automation, or analytics into enterprise technology environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Charlotte three days per week.
