Signature Performance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives aligning business goals with secure, scalable technology. You will partner with executive leadership to set architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps for healthcare, FedRAMP, and cloud modernization.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, interoperability, and risk management across Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and hybrid-cloud environments, with a focus on FedRAMP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy leadership.
• Experience supporting healthcare payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing FedRAMP‑compliant cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting healthcare and government-regulated objectives.
• Align technology investments with compliance requirements and operational priorities.
• Lead enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, and platform standardization.
