Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Strategy leadership.
• Experience in healthcare payer/provider tech and regulatory environments.
• Proven FedRAMP-compliant cloud design experience and cloud modernization.
• Leadership across enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting healthcare and government objectives.
• Align technology investments with regulatory requirements and operations.
• Lead cloud transformation, platform consolidation, and hybrid/multi-cloud workstreams.
• Architect systems compliant with FedRAMP Moderate/High and NIST baselines.
• Guide HIPAA/HITECH interoperability and data governance initiatives.
• Shape data, integration, API management, and healthcare data exchange standards.
• Chair ARB meetings, create ADRs, and govern architecture portfolios.
• Mentor Enterprise and Solution Architects; partner with executives on strategy.
