Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives that align business goals with secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions for healthcare, government, and regulated cloud environments.

You will define standards, governance, and roadmaps, partnering with executive leadership to drive FedRAMP, HIPAA, interoperability, and digital transformation across Azure, AWS, and on-premises platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with architecture leadership.
• Proven experience designing FedRAMP-compliant cloud solutions.
• Experience engaging with executive leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA/HITECH) and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, standards, and roadmaps.
• Lead cloud transformation, platform consolidation, and modernization.
• Architect systems compliant with FedRAMP, NIST, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and audit teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Drive interoperability in healthcare platforms using HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations.
