Signature Performance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, align business goals with secure, scalable technology, and partner with executives on roadmaps and governance. The role focuses on FedRAMP, HIPAA, healthcare interoperability, and digital transformation in regulated cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or healthcare informatics; 12+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy leadership.
• Experience designing FedRAMP-compliant cloud solutions and working with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, standards, and target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for healthcare and government-regulated objectives.
• Lead cloud transformation and platform standardization across hybrid/multi-clouds.
