Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across healthcare and regulated cloud environments. You will partner with executive leadership to establish architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps that support FedRAMP, HIPAA, and interoperability goals.

You will lead cloud modernization, security, data governance, and integration strategies with a focus on compliance and risk management, while mentoring architects and aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; 12+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy leadership.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and healthcare/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting healthcare and government-regulated objectives.
• Lead cloud modernization, platform consolidation, and hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with compliance, security, legal, and audit teams to maintain regulatory adherence.
• Mentor and lead Enterprise and Solution Architects and engage with executive leadership.
