Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic design, governance, and evolution of enterprise infrastructure architectures across large-scale IT environments. You will define current-state, transition-state, and future-state architectures for data center, database, storage, and backup platforms, aligning with business objectives and technology strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise in data center technologies, databases, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain current-state, transition-state, and target-state enterprise infrastructure architectures.
• Develop and govern principles, standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps for data center, database, storage, and DR.
• Lead architecture assessments for infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate alternatives and provide architectural recommendations focusing on scalability, security, and cost.
