Job summary

Random Bit is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive the design and governance of large-scale solutions across health and human services programs. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to define EA artifacts, roadmaps, and reference architectures within EA guidelines.

Your role emphasizes data governance, integration patterns, and security within Medicaid contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with TOGAF, ITIL, ISO standards, FEA, MITA.
• Experience with Health and Human Services architecture (Medicaid preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA), leading the extended team to timelines and outputs.
• Develops long-term strategic and operating plans and delivery roadmaps to align EA objectives with enterprise goals.
• Contributes to data management strategy, data architecture, and data governance processes.
• Designs and implements standards, tools and methodologies, and leads adoption.
• Participates in PoCs to explore architectural possibilities and strengthens arguments for adoption.
• Collaborates with projects to ensure EA/SOA/architecture conformance and defines high-level solutions.
