This senior individual contributor role reports to IT leadership and is hands‑on. You will serve as architect and builder, partnering with IT leaders, developers, data and AI teams, and business stakeholders to move ideas from concept to governed production while scaling citizen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, architecture, cloud, software engineering, AI, or Databricks certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture patterns, technical standards, and delivery guardrails aligned with business priorities and AI strategy.
• Design, prototype, review, and develop solutions across front‑end, service‑tier, API, integration, and AI‑enabled layers.
• Translate business needs into practical architectures for applications, data, and integrations.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to teams using approved AI development tools and platforms.
• Establish patterns for hosting, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
