Job summary

Core Scientific in Austin, TX (HQ) seeks an Enterprise Architect to ensure enterprise systems operate with durable precision as complexity grows. Reporting to the CTO, you will align architecture with business goals and drive value across engineering, data, finance, and operations.

Map control surfaces across ERP, CRM, data pipelines, APIs, and automation; analyze reconciliation logic; detect privilege drift; and harden the architecture while preserving throughput and decision velocity.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leader with experience building and hardening systems under pressure.
• Diagnosed and repaired structural fragility in platforms.
• Ability to design AI-enabled investigative workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Security or controls experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate enterprise systems to reflect operational and revenue reality.
• Map control surfaces across ERP, CRM, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Analyze reconciliation logic and validate scale under current velocity.
• Detect privilege creep, access model drift, and structural permission risks.
• Redesign or reinforce enterprise control frameworks to strengthen architecture.
• Translate technical findings into executive-level analysis connecting control integrity to margin protection.
