Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead complex network initiatives across our Golden, CO campus and global network. You will design, deploy, and optimize enterprise infrastructure, balancing hands-on work with strategic planning alongside IT leadership.

You will mentor the network team, drive cloud connectivity, automation, and AI-enabled monitoring, and ensure secure, resilient operations that scale with our global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent; 6+ years in network administration.
• Expertise in enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with cloud networking platforms (Azure/AWS) and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex network projects across multiple sites and cloud integrations.
• Mentor network team members and partner with Global Network Manager.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and security.
• Develop runbooks, monitor performance, and drive automation/AI-enabled ops.
