AT&T is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to define and lead the enterprise technology strategy, targeting scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. The role partners with executives, product teams, and security to establish standards and roadmaps for transformation across the organization.

You will design high-level blueprints for applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions, guiding modernization while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and governance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in enterprise architecture leadership.
• Experience with LeanIX or comparable tools.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, business capability planning, cloud transformation, governance, and technology modernization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience leading AI-enabled initiatives in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business executives, product, engineering, security, and operations to align solutions with enterprise goals.
• Design high-level architectural blueprints across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Guide technology selection, solution design, and implementation approaches while aligning with standards.
• Establish governance processes, reusable patterns, and architecture standards across business lines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI) and advise on business value and risk.
