AT&T is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise technology strategy, target architecture, and transformation roadmap across the organization. This senior role aligns business objectives with data, applications, infrastructure, cloud and AI-enabled solutions to create a scalable and secure technology ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with LeanIX or comparable enterprise architecture management tools.
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy, or architecture leadership.
• Strong experience defining enterprise technology roadmaps, target-state architecture, modernization strategies, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with executives, product orgs, engineering, security, operations, and tech leaders to translate business drivers into architecture direction.
• Design high-level architectural blueprints across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide technology selection, solution design, and implementation aligned to standards.
• Establish governance processes, reusable patterns, standards across lines of business.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they create business value.
• Provide architecture insight, risk assessment, and modernization recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor teams to solve architecture challenges and make informed decisions.
