Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Principal Architect to lead design, due diligence, and end-to-end architectures for large-scale transformation programs. You will drive cloud, data, AI and enterprise platform strategies while maintaining security, governance, and business alignment.

You will partner with executives and delivery teams to translate strategic goals into scalable technical solutions, mentor architects, and shape architecture governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-15+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and architecture engagements aligned with client goals.
• Conduct technology due diligence and assess platforms, debt, security, and risks.
• Define end-to-end architectures across apps, data, integrations, cloud, AI, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Develop target-state blueprints, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Lead platform evaluation, vendor assessments, and proof-of-concepts.
