Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Principal Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex technology solutions across digital transformation, cloud ecosystems, data and AI, and large-scale programs.

You will guide technology due diligence, define target architectures, evaluate platforms, and ensure governance throughout the lifecycle, while mentoring teams and collaborating with client executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
Experience delivering complex enterprise tech solutions across multiple industries.
Proven due diligence, architecture assessments, and modernization initiatives.
End-to-end architectures spanning applications, data, cloud, security, and operations.
Experience evaluating enterprise platforms and conducting vendor assessments.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and architecture engagements aligned with client goals.
Perform technology due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and transformations.
Define target-state architectures and roadmaps for transformation programs.
Lead platform evaluation, proofs-of-concept, architecture reviews, and vendor decisions.
Design AI/GenAI architectures with governance, security, and model ops.
Provide architecture leadership during implementation and governance across programs.
Mentor teams and contribute to reusable architecture assets and accelerators.
