Description

SAIC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract. The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a key role in shaping the IT strategy and architecture that supports FEMA’s mission.

This opportunity is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture Design and implement cloud architecture for multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, and virtualized infrastructure.
• Enterprise Cloud Architecture Develop and maintain enterprise cloud architecture to support business capabilities and maturity.
• Business Planning and Strategy Provide support in business planning and strategy by understanding services, core missions, and matching them with best-in-class technology.
• Target State Definition Define a north-star target state for IT transformation, focusing on aligning technology with business needs.
• Strategic Roadmap Propose a strategic roadmap for IT transformation, prioritizing and sequencing initiatives to achieve the target state.
• Compliance Ensure all architecture solutions comply with FEMA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Master’s degree (M.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a similar discipline and seven (7) or more years of experience.
• Certifications Must have the following certifications
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• ITIL Certification
• Cloud FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP)
• Relevant Experience Extensive experience in information technology, including specific experience with cloud architecture for multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, virtualized infrastructure, and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Clearance Must obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting work under this contract.

Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
