Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support the Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) program under the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will play a critical role in aligning the enterprise architecture with evolving DoD strategies, initiatives, and emerging technologies, with an emphasis on Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) integration across multiple security domains.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current architectures to identify inefficiencies, technology gaps, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and document full-spectrum architecture views (OV, SV, CV) and interface control documents (ICDs) for integration planning.
• Develop and enforce ICAM governance frameworks aligned with DoD’s ICAM Strategy and Reference Architecture.
• Perform gap analyses on current ICAM capabilities against DoD requirements.
• Create policy-based security models and SysML-based ICAM diagrams for system integration and access management.
• Support cross-domain identity federation and compliance with NSA Cross-Domain Solutions Framework.
• Define shared platforms for collaboration and data exchange across SAP-IT and DoD components.
• Develop guidelines and tools for digital model management, systems integration, and data governance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics or a similar field.
• 10+ years’ related experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Ability to plan and lead major work assignments.
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD enterprise architecture and ICAM.
• Demonstrated understanding of system engineering principles and processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD information management and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of DoD CIO and SAP IT.
