Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams or equivalent technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for enterprise applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, resilient full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Drive modernization toward open-system, API-driven, cloud-ready microservices-based architectures.
• Partner with architects to define application architecture, standards, integration patterns, and modernization strategies.
• Oversee development of Java/Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and React interfaces.
• Establish engineering standards for coding, architecture, testing, security, DevOps, deployment, and production support.
