Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding for application developments.
• Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and open-system technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and engineering oversight for complex development and modernization initiatives.
• Establish and communicate the technical vision, engineering strategy, and development roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Oversee development of Java/Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and React-based user interfaces.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications toward open-system, API-driven, cloud-ready architectures.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Establish engineering standards for coding, architecture, testing, security, DevOps, deployment, and production support.
